![]() I like to eat. It is not that hard to admit as a grown man I love to eat. Sometimes I go out to a restaurant and stuff myself with whatever high cholesterol, high calorie, high fat foods I can find. Most of the time I feel bad about this but that is because I try to keep myself fit and healthy. I try be good and control myself but what am I supposed to do when I am presented with several platters of great, tasty food? I am thankful that there is a solution out there to this problem; I can buy and eat low fat snacks. Eating low fat movie night snacks allows me to control my craving for food. What I would do is eat small portions every two or three hours and if I feel the need to snack on something, I will grab a healthy, low fat snack to munch on until the feeling of hunger subsides. Doing this does not ruin the strict regimen of dieting that I have chosen to do on a day to day basis. Healthy snacking is the answer to those weird cravings we get every now and then. If you have to munch on something, make sure it is something healthy.
